The platform is informational and not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.

3. User Accounts

You agree to:

• Maintain account security
• Not impersonate others
• Not create multiple malicious accounts

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. User-Generated Reports

You retain ownership of submitted content, but grant Outaige a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display
• Distribute
• Analyze
• Use reports for reliability intelligence

You must not submit:

• False reports
• Malicious data
• Spam
• Harassment
• Illegal content

Outaige may remove any report at its discretion.

5. Anonymous Reporting Rules

Anonymous reporting must not be used to:

• Defame individuals or companies
• Spread misinformation
• Conduct coordinated attacks

Outaige reserves the right to suspend accounts abusing anonymity.

6. Platform Integrity

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer the platform
• Scrape data at scale
• Bypass rate limits
• Attempt DDoS or exploit vulnerabilities
• Manipulate report ranking systems

Violation may result in permanent ban.

7. No Warranty

Outaige is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Absolute accuracy
• Real-time precision

Reliability data is informational only.

8. Limitation of Liability

Outaige shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Loss of revenue
• Business interruption
• Reliance on inaccurate outage reports

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content excluding user-generated content is owned by Outaige. You may not reproduce or distribute platform materials without permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend accounts
• Remove content
• Restrict access

At our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Outaige operates.
